Breckenridge Colorado is a beautiful mountain city. It has a really cute downtown area that’s full of one-of-a-kind restaurants and shops.
We were in Breckenridge in June and had a great time sampling the cuisine. Here are some of our favorite places to eat in Breckenridge.
Fatty’s Pizzeria

We love the pizza at Fatty’s Pizzeria. We got the traditional white crust Combo pizza – pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, onions, green peppers, black olives and mozzarella. The homemade crust is perfectly crispy and chewy and the vegetables are shaved super thin.
The Canteen

We were lucky enough to eat lunch at The Canteen on a day that was nice enough to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful mountain scenery while eating amazing food.
I got the customizable Mac & Cheese. There are 10 different options you can add to this super creamy mac and cheese. I added spinach and pulled pork to mine. It was amazing!

Jason got a Cuban Sandwich and fries. It was also very good.
Breckenridge Brewery & Pub

We sat upstairs at Breckenridge Brewery for more amazing mountain views. This brewery has a large selection of beer, but it is also very family friendly. I had the Famous Fish & Chips (ale battered cod).

Jason had chipotle black bean soup and side salad.
Mountain Top Cookie Shop

I knew we had to stop at Mountain Top Cookie Shop when I saw a line of people out the door and lined up down the side walk waiting to get these cookies.
They have regular cookies and stuffed sandwich cookies. Warning: the stuffed cookies are VERY sweet. This is the Milk Maid Cookie. It’s cream cheese frosting between two COW cookies (cranberry, oatmeal, white chocolate chip).
If you find yourself in this great area, we hope you can check out some of these great places to eat in Breckenridge CO.
